Perth Harley-Davidson

Perth Harley Davidson is a nice store but I am surprised by the low level of the service. Former owner of HD in Switzerland I am used to something else. Here HD customers are content with little apparently! How the representatives of such a prestigious brand allow themselves to have such poorly presented second-hand HDs. The motorcycles are dirty and unprepared. This does not make you want to buy even if the staff is rather pleasant. The management does not seem up to the task it seems. Here no detailing like the competition but rust and dust. I even ran out of gas during a test ride that says a lot. So I bought a... BMW!

Bought my 2nd Harley from Kasha and the team, Kasha was great to deal with and very informative , he got me a great deal on the bike and my insurance quote through Perth HD also was top notch , only had the bike a few weeks but hasn’t hasn’t missed a beat

Bike has been in the shop for a month, still not fixed and 600 for a 90 dollar fuel pump. As bad as Frasers ever was. Heard all these excuses before, Dog ate the user manual I guess.

Great service

My HD jacket zip tore off the jacket and the Merch dept were great and sorted a replacement for me. Need to fit it myself, but thats my own fault for dealing with the stupid thing when i should have taken it back under warranty.

Always great service but need to keep my eyes on the ground when I'm going to pick up something or I leave with something else
